HINSA. Charity Shop Shipping policy
It is important to clarify that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-sales Items
For items on pre-sales, we indicate the time of receiving the product, after which processing, and shipment will happen. You will recieve your invoice immediately after payment. New e-mail will inform you about the shipment.
As we are offering only limited-edition products, if you decide to wait till the product is available, but others have made a purchase already during the pre-sale period, we warn you that we may not have stock to sell, when the product arrives. Please consider this, when making your decision.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the EU.
Shipment Rates:

Generally, our shipping rates are valid from 1-3 products per shipment (under 2 kg, which given the type of products is valid in most the cases)
For purchases above 100 EUR, our shipment is for free.
Our shipment is also for free if we have provided you with a promotional coupon. For this you need to be on our mailing list, so to subscribe, to receive such special promotions.
For digital products, where you can download the item, there is no processing or shipment fee.

Deliveries are made on working days mainly between 9-17:00. We will contact you via e-mail, text message with the phone number if you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Currently, we do not ship to countries outside the EU. We will keep you updated if this shall change.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Important:
According to the new EU regulations (EC 2020/1109 https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32020D1109 and changes to EC 2017/2455 and EC 2019/1995)
your order will be subject to taxes (VAT) based on the country we ship at. The final price will be displayed at check-out accordingly and you will have to pay including the local VAT rate.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@hinsa.eu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes, so please avoid such shipment destinations.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return in the format of a gift card, you can reuse it. Please keep in mind that our sales are charity sales and 40% of the income goes back to the artists we work with, so by purchasing this item you are donating in fact. If you return the item, we will have an issue taking back the donation, so we can only offer you an exchange item.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@hinsa.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
