Olga Drak / PL+PT

Olga was born in Poland. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan, where she graduated in 2001 with a master’s degree in Art Education. And, in 2002, she obtained a master’s degree in Painting. In 2005 moved to Madeira Island, Portugal. She lives and works in Madeira until today.

In 2012 she got involved in street art and has created over 30 murals in public spaces all around the island.

She creates as well as abstract paintings on canvas. Olga took part in various collective and solo exhibitions.

Her works are exposed in many private collections around Europe.

“Painting abstract on canvas gives me great satisfaction, but it’s a lonely process. On Madeira, I found the courage to leave the studio, go out to the street, and share my passion for colours with more people,” said Olga.
