Miroljuba Gendova / BG & HU

Miroljuba was born in Budapest in 1956. She graduated from the art grammar school in Sofia, then continued her studies at the Budapest College of Fine Arts. She graduated from the College of Applied Arts with a degree in textiles and tapestries. Working as a painter, her real strength in her main painting field is how she uses her tireless imagination and creative worldview to turn any object into an interesting shape within a picture with ease and elegance.

She is a member of Hungarian and Bulgarian creative associations, vice-president of the Bulgarian Cultural Forum in Hungary, and has written several art history materials and essays.

Her paintings have been presented in several solo exhibitions in various galleries in Budapest, Lillafüred, Eger, and Vienna. She has participated in several joint exhibitions in Hungary, Bulgaria, Germany, Canada, and Switzerland.
